Delivery

Australian Orders:

We offer FREE shipping Australia wide, regardless of the size of your order or the number of products ordered.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse 2-14 days from receipt of payment, depending on stock availability.

Please note: From the time that we dispatch from our warehouse in Sydney, it takes the following time to approximately arrive at the destination:

WA – 5 working days, QLD – 3 working days, TAS – 5 working days, SA – 3 working days, NT – 5 working days, NSW – 2 working days, ACT – 2 working days, VIC – 3 working days

We use Australia Posts’ receipted delivery service for all our orders, which is a door to door service and requires a signature on delivery. If no one is at the delivery address given to us, then a card will be left and the goods will need to be collected from your local Post Office. We cannot leave parcels unattended at the front door unfortunately.

Order status & tracking:

A notification email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. A tracking number is assigned to each carton of your delivery once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

The details of your tracking number/s can be found under ‘my account’ in your order history

You can track your delivery by entering this number/s at www.auspost.com.au/track

If Australia Posts’ tracking says “no event found” – it means that your parcel is still in transit between Ausralia Posts’ Sydney depot and your local Australia Post delivery centre. Once your parcel has been received by your local delivery centre it is scanned in and the delivery status will appear (i.e. on board for delivery today)

International Orders:

We can accept overseas orders, however you would need to contact us prior to placing an order to gain a quote on freight costs and delivery instructions.

Out of stock items:

From time to time we may be unable to fulfil an item/s that you have ordered due to unforseen circumstances. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you, advising you of the expected time of arrival for your product ordered. You will have the option to either place the item/s on backorder and wait for the product to arrive into our warehouse, choose another product or receive a refund.

Please note:

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
